The Perfect Outdoor Wedding

To plan a small Saturday wedding at Sunrise Farms we devote 100% of the weekend to you. We have no other guests and no other obligations but to make your wedding perfect. Mild winters provide a comfortable outdoor backdrop for the perfect wedding. Summer weddings are subject to availability and higher rates.

Friday night, the catered rehearsal dinner will be followed by an evening with family and friends in the Rose Cottage. The Bride and her bride's maids will stay overnight in the Rose Cottage, an 800 square foot house with a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. The Groom will have his private place in the Corn Crib, a rustic room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Each of the four rooms in the Main House has a queen size bed and a bathroom. The Hummingbird Room has a second bed. Bring up to 15 of your favorite people to spend the entire weekend and invite another 35 for the day to witness your special union on Saturday.

Saturday morning we have the catered Wedding Brunch catered by our local vendors. The Wedding will be held outdoors just off the porch that extends two full sides of the main house.

Saturday afternoon the wedding ceremony will take place under the trees in an unhurried environment with the clergy of your choice.

Saturday evening the reception begins with dinner catered for up to 50 guests (15 overnight guests and 35 for the day.) If you choose, you may have a live band with dancing.

Saturday night you may choose to turn the Groom's Corn Crib into a bridal suite and spend part of your honeymoon at Sunrise Farm after the rest of the wedding party has gone home. However, if you choose to leave right away for your honeymoon on Saturday night as is customary, your overnight guests are welcome to stay until check out at noon on Sunday. They will be in good hands.

Sunday morning, for those guests that occupy the Sunrise Farm rooms, we serve a complimentary breakfast in the dining room. Additional guests will be $12 each.

Sunday Night to Friday noon, you and/or your guests may choose to continue your stay through the week at a special 10% wedding discount and experience the beautiful surroundings of Sunrise Farm and the South Carolina mountains.
