Sunrise Farm was featured in the The Main House has four beautifully decorated guest rooms with antiques, quilts, thick comforters and extra pillows. There is a $12 charge for each additional person. Two private cottages each have kitchen, TV and private porch. |
Sunrise Farm Bed & Breakfastis located on a 10-acre farm on Lake Keowee in The Blue Ridge Mountain foothills of northwest South Carolina. The farm is the last part of an early 1900s 1,000-acre cotton plantation.Weekends: A full gourmet country breakfast is served on the weekends, featuring specialities such as strawberry fruit parfait, home made blueberry muffins, carmel french toast, eggs in a basket, bacon and maple sausage. Local recreation and nurturing spa treatments can be scheduled to round out the weekend.

Guests may relax in wooden rockers and wicker furniture on the large wrap-around porch and enjoy the beautiful mountain and lake views. In the winter, guests may enjoy hot cider by the crackling fireplaces.

Sunrise Farm, although secluded and private, is less than 20 minutes away from several nearby towns. In Seneca, Clemson and Walhalla you will find restaurants and shopping, movie theatres and golf courses. About 15 minutes by water or land to the Lake Keowee Marina (boat and tubing rentals, fishing supplies available). Enjoy swimming, sailing, fishing, boating, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing and tubing on the lake! A beautiful park and boat landing is less than a mile away from Sunrise Farm where there is no wait to get onto the lake. |
